This project consists of an addition to the existing Trillium Lakelands DSB Scott Young Public School located at 27 Walnut St W in Omemee, ON. The proposed program includes:
- Community Hub (Addition - Early On program), 166 m2 (1,789SF)
- Kindergarten Rooms (Addition), 587 m2 (6,316 SF)
- Kindergarten Rooms (Renovation of Existing classrooms), 224 m2 (2,411 SF)
- Childcare (Addition), 431 m2 (4,637 SF)
Based on our review, the gross floor area of new construction is 925 m2 (9,959 SF) and renovation is 224 m2 (2,411SF).
The estimate also includes cost associated with site development required for the new addition including new parking spaces and access to Walnut Street.
