Independent Certifier for the Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care
A.W. Hooker was the Independent Certifier during the construction of the Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care in St. Thomas, Ontario. The project achieved Early Occupancy Certificate in April, 2013. This facility was part of a multi-site project for St. Joseph’s Healthcare London. The other Regional Mental Health Care facility involved in the project, The Parkwood Institute, is located in London, Ontario and achieved Substantial Completion in October 2014.
