Anurag Sharma is a Partner with A.W. Hooker and has worked in the construction industry since 2007 in the roles of Independent Certifier (IC), Team Lead, Project Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, and Engineer. Anurag joined A.W. Hooker Associates Ltd. in 2018 and has acquired experience in a wide range of projects involving design stage, construction stage, cost control, scheduling, risk assessment and delay analysis. He has consulted for a number of high-profile clients during the construction phase of large infrastructure projects ranging from Transit, Highways, Hospital and Courthouse projects. With a strong portfolio of Independent Certifier projects. Anurag is the lead in the overall management of IC Projects. As a Project Management Professional his experience also includes development of project baseline schedules, review of Project Co. schedules, preparation of delay analysis reports as per industry standards, preparation of S-curves, implementation of Earned Value Management techniques on Projects and Evaluation of Performance Index’s.

Prior to moving to Canada, Anurag had experience working with a Consulting Engineer firm in India. He has a Masters in Science (Eng) in Concrete Engineering and is professionally registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors as well the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
