On two major P3 projects, a leading commercial thermal insulation subcontractor engaged incurred financial hardship and loss of business due to a significant delay in original schedules. The subcontractor issued a schedule delay impact claim.

In each case the reports were used in an arbitration settlement and were highly instrumental in securing the sub-contractor a significant amount of each of the claimed values. The subcontractor’s claim was made stronger with proper documentation and a quantitative analysis of the loss incurred.
