Humber River Regional Hospital
This DBFM project consists of the construction of the new Humber River Regional Hospital project. The new facility is approximately 1,700,000 square feet and hold s656 beds (planned to evolve to 722 over time). This facility provides services such as cancer care, orthopedics and geriatrics for an increasingly expanding community.
Notably, the new Humber River Hospital is North America’s first fully digital hospital, has its own central utilities plant and two (2) separate parking garages. The HRRH facility is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals, fully digital with advanced automation and communication systems.
Substantial Completion May 2015. Seven dispute determinations provided.
